HSS/UHSS & BORON AWARENESS

R.P.M offers a specialised on site UHSS/HSS and Boron awareness course. This course is designed to raise awareness and understanding of UHSS/HSS and Boron steels, it also covers the correct repair methods.

The course is split into two sections comprising of the awareness presentation followed by practical testing (Mig Brazing and Spot Welding).

The course covers:

• Types of steel in a vehicle body
  
• Steel types and groups
  
• Explanation of steels
  
• Recognition of steel types
  
• Repair methods

There is a questionnaire and a practical mig braze test comply with 10125.
